Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 2026

Our Commitment

LiveWisdom is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

While we strive to adhere to the AA level of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines, this is an ongoing effort and we recognise that some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform.

The real-time conversational video interface relies on third-party SDKs which may have their own accessibility constraints.

Measures We Take

We try to support accessibility by:

  • including accessibility in our design and development process
  • using semantic HTML and meaningful heading structure
  • ensuring key interactive elements are keyboard accessible
  • using ARIA where needed to communicate dynamic changes
  • respecting user preferences for reduced motion
  • reviewing accessibility issues as part of ongoing product improvements

You should be able to:

  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard
  • use most interactive elements without a mouse
  • follow a meaningful heading structure across key pages
  • use reduced-motion settings where supported
  • access most content with modern screen readers and browser zoom
